SPECTRUM ENGINEERS WINS SIX LIGHTING DESIGN AWARDS
Salt Lake City The Utah section of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) honored Spectrum Engineers with six International Illumination Design Awards (IIDA) for the year 2003.
The Utah Olympic Oval in Kearns, Utah, earned separate IIDAs for interior and exterior lighting design, which was provided by Spectrum Engineers principal lighting designer Joseph M. Jody Good, III, LC, IESNA. Mr. Goods lighting designs also earned IIDAs for the following projects: IHC McKay-Dee Hospital Center, Ogden, Utah; The Gateway, Salt Lake City, Utah; and Ethel Wattis Kimball Visual Arts Center at Weber State University, Ogden, Utah.
Additionally, the George S. Eccles 2002 Legacy Bridge at the University of Utah earned Mr. Good and Bruce R. Needham, P.E., principal electrical engineer with Spectrum, an IIDA.
